2. Service Appointments and Access
- Scheduling: All services must be scheduled in advance. We recommend booking services well in advance to ensure availability.
- Access: Clients must provide our team with safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Pets: For the safety of our staff and your pets, we request that pets be secured or removed from the areas being cleaned during service hours.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a booked service.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee, typically 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- No-Shows: If our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access or the service is refused without prior notification, the full service fee may be charged.

6. Our Guarantee and Complaints
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge.
- Damage: In the rare event of damage caused by our team, please report it immediately. We are fully insured and will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
7. Limitation of Liability

However, we shall not be liable for damage to items that are not explicitly covered by our insurance policy or for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions of the property.
